College grants for minorities, low income, and high GPA?
I really need help finding some grants or if possible scholarships for the crieteria mentioned above. I search myself all the time, but i need help. And my parents refuse to help me, but then they respond by saying I'm not doing anything. I search and apply all day but i havnt won or recieved anything yet.
Did you fill out the FAFSA? If your GPA is high and your SATs are high, just apply to a wide range of colleges (some waive the application fees if you can't afford them, check with your guidance counselor). They will send you a financial award letter after they accept you. Many will give you grants in addition to the government grants and loans.

Hmm, I'm not sure. But for the simple fact that you come from an low income family will help you out alot. I'm the opposite and it's almost impossible for me to find anything, but at the same time no one from my family is helping pay for school which sucks. Anywho, start by applying with fafsa and they will find out which grants and scholarships your qualify for.
